Role: The visionary and ultimate decision-maker for the entire enterprise.

Sherman Armas

Chief Financial Officer (CFO - Consultant)

Function: As a strategic outsourced partner, Sherman provides high-level financial guidance, planning, analysis, and risk management across all business units. He oversees the dedicated accounting team from ManMark International, ensuring robust financial health, compliance, and strategic financial foresight.

Role: The steward of financial stability and growth, advising on all fiscal matters.

Sherwin Armas

COO & CTO & CMO (HR Liaison)

Function: This multifaceted role serves as the operational, technological, commercial, and human resources hub for the entire Group. Responsibilities include:

  • Operations (COO): Overseeing daily operations across all six business units, serving as Lead Manager, and optimizing processes through digital platforms like the MiniERP and CRM.
  • Technology (CTO): Championing all technology infrastructure and digital systems, customizing ready-made platforms, and collaborating with ManMark International's development team for R&D.
  • Marketing (CMO): Leading overall marketing direction, brand messaging, and digital marketing efforts, focusing on analytics and SEO, with ManMark International supporting execution.
  • HR Liaison: Serves as the primary contact for HR services, overseeing the effectiveness of the human resources function, ensuring company policies are followed, and bridging the gap between employee needs and external support. The HR management is primarily automated through the robust HRIS Platform, which he oversees. The expertise of an HR Consultant from ManMark International is leveraged for specialized advice and support as needed, rather anabolic full-time dedicated manager.
  • Sales Oversight: Temporarily overseeing sales activities alongside Jodain Hall, and being a key individual for generating quotations, estimates, and formal proposals.

Jodain Hall

Operations & Commercial Affairs Manager

Function: Reporting directly to Sherwin Armas, Jodain is an indispensable part of the core leadership team, deeply involved in daily operational and commercial execution:

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Overseeing the complete lifecycle of goods and services for Global Express Logistics, JAFOOE Computer and Electronics, and managing procurement across all units.
  • Sales Execution & Client Management: Directly driving sales efforts across all business units, responsible for client acquisition and relationship management with Sherwin, and a key individual for quotations and proposals.
  • Core Operational Support: Providing crucial hands-on assistance in the day-to-day running of the entire enterprise, acting as direct operational support to ensure efficient implementation of strategic directives.

Role: The primary operational implementer, commercial driver, and main authority for sales proposals, ensuring efficient flow from procurement to sales.

External Counsel

Legal & Compliance

Function: Given the dynamic business lines, particularly in leasing/financing (Wise Managed ICT and MPS) and security (Sentinel Secure), robust legal and compliance oversight is critical. For efficiency, an external legal firm or consultant is engaged on an as-needed basis.

Role: Provides essential legal advice, contract review, intellectual property guidance, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Human Resources: Digital & Advisory Support

Outsourced HR Management

Function: Comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, and compliance, are primarily managed through an HRIS Platform for automated processes. This digital backbone is supplemented by the specialized advice and support of an HR Consultant from ManMark International as needed. Sherwin Armas serves as the primary contact for these outsourced HR services, overseeing their effectiveness, ensuring company policies are followed, and bridging the gap between employee needs and external support. Function: Each of our six distinct business units is managed to ensure operational excellence, meet specific market needs, and align with the group's overall strategic objectives.

Primary Focus: Provides essential technical support and handles daily logistics coordination, physical movement of goods, and warehouse management across assigned units. Dondon works under Jake's guidance where technical leadership is required. Dondon is also technically proficient and certified, directly delivering technical services to clients and supporting operations for:

Administrative & Client Services Specialist

Function: April serves as the central hub for administrative coordination and initial client contact. She handles daily records, coordinates tickets and dispatch for all business units (leveraging CRM/MiniERP), and acts as the primary point of contact by phone, internet, and for walk-in store visitors (especially valuable for JAFOOE).

Role: The face and voice of operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative flow across the group.

Manmark International Remote Outsourced Graphics and Print Layout Artist

Outsourced Remote Staff (for Signature Graphics and Printing)

Function: ManMark International provides a dedicated team of remote artists responsible for all graphic design, file preparation, and print layout for Signature Graphics and Printing. By employing a team of 2 to 3 retained artists, they guarantee that a skilled professional is available at all times to handle our creative and production workload, eliminating downtime and ensuring consistent output.

Role & Benefits: This outsourced model provides a flexible and robust creative team. The primary benefit is uninterrupted service and operational continuity; if one artist is unavailable due to illness or leave, another seamlessly takes over, preventing any delays in project timelines. This structure allows us to scale our design capacity based on demand without the overhead costs associated with multiple in-house employees, ensuring both reliability and cost-efficiency for all our printing and design requirements.

Lead Technical Projects Specialist & TCI Skills Training Center Lead Trainor

Background & Focus: With a background in BS Industrial Education Major in Electrical and extensive experience as a Technical Staff with Sherwin at Digitech Company in the Philippines, Jason brings a wealth of expertise. His primary role will be to lead the TCI Skills Training Center as the main Trainor. In addition, he will apply his technical skills to lead key project areas for Sentinel Secure and Wise Solutions, including:

  • Structured Cabling: Overseeing the design and installation of robust cabling infrastructure.
  • Low Voltage Structure Projects: Leading projects involving low voltage systems crucial for modern building automation.
  • Security and Alarms Installations: Directing the setup and configuration of advanced security and alarm systems.

Role: A seasoned technical expert and educator, responsible for developing local talent through the TCI Skills Training Center while also spearheading specialized infrastructure and security installations for the business group.
